The organizing committee of IV Postharvest Unlimited is pleased to invite you to the conference to be held in Leavenworth, Washington, USA, May 23 – 26, 2011. The Symposium is organized under the auspices of the International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS) with support from the ISHS Postharvest Working Group. The main organizers of the meeting are the USDA, ARS Tree Fruit Research Laboratory and Washington State University Tree Fruit Research and Extension Center, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada Pacific Agri-Food Research Centre.
