Oral Presentations

Presentation/Visual Aids

Regular oral presentations should be limited to 12 minutes with 3 minutes for questions, keynotes 25 minutes with 5 minutes for questions. Microsoft PowerPoint presentations are required, please save your file as a PowerPoint show using the naming convention family name, day, time. For example, John Doe's presentation on Tuesday at 14:15 will be DoeTuesday1415.pps. Your file can be sent to the convener (james.mattheis@ars.usda.gov) prior to the meeting. If you wish to use visual aids other than Microsoft PowerPoint, please notify the convener no later than Monday, May 16.

Poster  Presentations

Maximum poster size is 1067x1067mm/41x41in. Posters can be placed beggining Monday, May 23 at 16:00. Velcro will be needed to mount posters to display panels.
